At Eazy Credit Repair Solutions, transparency and compliance are a priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights regarding cancellations and refunds in accordance with the Credit Repair Organization Act (CROA), Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, and applicable Florida state law.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Federal Law – CROA)
You have the absolute right to cancel your credit repair services within three (3) business days of signing your service agreement.
- Cancellation within this period is penalty-free
- No questions asked
To cancel within the 3-day window, you must notify us in writing, by email, or by any method outlined in your service agreement.
2. Refunds After the 3-Day Cancellation Period
After the initial 3-day cancellation period:
- Fees already earned for services that have been performed are non-refundable
- Fees for services not yet performed will be refunded
- Monthly fees are billed only for active service periods
We do not charge fees for services not yet completed, in compliance with federal law.
3. One-Time Setup / Enrollment Fees
If applicable:
- Setup or enrollment fees are fully refundable if you cancel within the 3-day cancellation period
- After the 3-day period, setup fees become non-refundable once work has begun (e.g., credit analysis, dispute preparation, account setup)
4. Monthly Subscription Fees
- Monthly fees are charged only while services are active
- If you cancel mid-cycle, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- Partial-month refunds are not issued for services already rendered
Refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes depend on individual credit profiles and third-party responses (credit bureaus and creditors).

6. Processing Time for Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–30 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
