By using Eazy Credit Repair Solutions’ website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Compliance with CROA

You understand:

  • You may cancel services within 3 business days without penalty
  • We do not charge fees for services not yet performed
  • All services are performed in compliance with federal law

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Review all correspondence sent on your behalf
  • Notify us of changes to your credit report

3. Payment & Billing

Fees are disclosed in your service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Actions taken by credit bureaus or creditors
  • Consequential or incidental damages
  • Errors caused by inaccurate client information

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM (DPA)

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) governs the processing of personal data by any third-party service providers, contractors, vendors, or partners (“Processors”) engaged by Eazy Credit Repair Solutions to process personal data on our behalf. This DPA forms part of and is incorporated into any agreement between Eazy Credit Repair Solutions and such Processors.

By processing personal data on our behalf, Processors agree to comply with the terms and obligations outlined in this DPA.

1. Scope of Data Processing

Processors shall process personal data solely for the limited and specific purpose of supporting and delivering credit repair, financial consulting, administrative, technical, or customer support services as expressly authorized by Eazy Credit Repair Solutions.

Processors are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using personal data for their own purposes

  • Selling, renting, or sharing personal data

  • Processing data beyond documented instructions provided by Easy Credit Repair Solutions

All processing must be lawful, necessary, and proportionate to the services being provided.

2. Types of Personal Data

Personal data processed under this DPA may include, but is not limited to:

  • Full name, contact details, and identifying information

  • Financial and credit-related information

  • Government-issued identifiers (where legally permitted)

  • Dispute documentation and consumer correspondence

  • Any other information necessary to perform credit repair services

Processors acknowledge that such data may include non-public personal information (NPI) and must be handled accordingly.

3. Data Security Measures

Processors must implement and maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.

At a minimum, security measures must meet or exceed standards required under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and include:

  • Secure access controls and authentication measures

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest, where applicable

  • Regular security monitoring and vulnerability assessments

  • Employee training on data protection and confidentiality

  • Secure data storage and disposal procedures

Processors shall ensure that only authorized personnel with a legitimate business need have access to personal data.

4. Confidentiality Obligations

All personal data processed under this DPA shall be treated as strictly confidential. Processors must ensure that any employees, agents, or subcontractors with access to personal data are bound by written confidentiality obligations no less protective than those set forth in this DPA.

Processors may not disclose personal data to any third party without the prior written authorization of Easy Credit Repair Solutions, except where required by law. In such cases, Processors must notify Easy Credit Repair Solutions in advance, unless legally prohibited from doing so.

5. Data Breach Notification

Processors must notify Eazy Credit Repair Solutions without undue delay and no later than 24–72 hours after becoming aware of any actual or suspected data breach, security incident, or unauthorized access involving personal data.

Such notification must include, to the extent known:

  • The nature and scope of the incident

  • The categories and approximate number of affected individuals

  • The type of data involved

  • Steps taken or proposed to contain and remediate the breach

Processors must fully cooperate with Eazy Credit Repair Solutions in investigating, mitigating, and responding to any data breach, including compliance with applicable legal or regulatory notification requirements.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Processors shall retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the authorized purpose or as required by law. Upon termination of services or upon written request from Eazy Credit Repair Solutions, Processors must securely delete or return all personal data, unless retention is legally required.

7. Compliance and Audit Rights

Processors agree to comply with all applicable federal and state data protection laws and regulations. Easy Credit Repair Solutions reserves the right to request reasonable documentation or assurances demonstrating compliance with this DPA.

Failure to comply with this DPA may result in immediate termination of the Processor relationship and potential legal action.

FINANCIAL & LEGAL DISCLOSURE (CROA COMPLIANCE)

Pursuant to the Credit Repair Organization Act (15 U.S.C. §1679):

  • You have the right to dispute inaccurate information yourself
  • You may obtain a free credit report annually from each bureau
  • You are not required to use a credit repair organization
  • You may cancel services within 3 business days
